I am an academician and HR researcher with 15+ years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Currently a PhD Research Scholar at Utkal University, my work focuses on employee engagement and turnover intention. I have served as Head of the MBA Department and Faculty  for different Engineering and Management colleges in Bhubaneswar, and have published in reputed journals, receiving the Best Paper Award (2025). I am passionate about mentoring students and developing future-ready management professionals through quality teaching and research.
