Manas Ranjan Pattnaik is an IT professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in information technology, policy implementation, and international project management. He has held senior positions including Director at Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) and Member (Technical) of the e-Committee of the Supreme Court of India, contributing to nationwide ICT implementation in the Indian judicial system. He also served as Deputy CEO of VITIB SA in Côte d’Ivoire, working on the development of a Free Trade Zone for ICT and Biotechnology. Currently, he is the Chairman of Anthem Group of Companies and actively involved in technology ventures, startup incubation, and academic mentoring.
Manas Ranjan Pattnaik has contributed several research papers in the field of information technology, software process modeling, and data communication. His publications include papers presented in international and national conferences such as SEARCC Conference (New Delhi), EWSPT-6 (UK), ECOOP Workshop (Brussels), and CSI Conference. He has also published technical articles on internet architecture and client–server models in professional journals. In addition to his research contributions, he has played a key role in large-scale ICT policy implementation and technology infrastructure projects in India and internationally.
